Responsibilities
- Oversee community website operations for BytePlus AI-related products/solutions and developer-centric offerings, formulating operational strategies to enhance website traffic, content volume, user growth, and user experience.
- Drive community traffic growth through scalable content acquisition, SEO optimization, and alignment with technology trends, while owning MAU/DAU metrics.
- Build content and operational systems, execute communication strategies, collaborate with R&D teams to maintain market visibility, cultivate KOL relationships, monitor community metrics, and optimize user engagement through data-driven insights.
- Partner with product teams to identify target customers, establish bidirectional feedback mechanisms, and amplify product influence through multi-channel technical storytelling.
- Develop and manage product marketing systems, responsbile for content operations, and technical community partnerships.
